Inventory and Pre-Order Process

As each product is handcrafted, it is difficult to maintain large inventories. We therefore keep a very limited stock of select items.

• If an item is available in inventory, customers will see this clearly while placing their order. In such cases, the product will be shipped immediately and delivered within 7-8 days of order confirmation.
• If an item is out of stock or sold out, this will also be indicated at the time of purchase. Customers can still place a pre-order, in which case the product will be specially handcrafted for them.

Pre-Order and Custom Artwork

For pre-orders, the process remains the same as earlier:

• Each artwork is created from scratch, involving drawing, painting, varnishing, drying, and logistical coordination.
• This ensures that every customer receives a unique, one-of-a-kind creation.

Delivery Timeframe

• In-stock items: Delivered within 7-8 days of order confirmation.
• Pre-order items: Minimum delivery time is three weeks from order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on artisan availability and prior commitments.

Shipping Costs and Tracking

• We offer Free Shipping on our entire product range.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.
