Conditions for Return and Refund

We accept returns and process refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please provide an unpacking video to help us understand the issue. (Email video to sanskrutiartz@gmail.com.)
  • Incorrect Artwork Size: If the size of the artwork differs from what was specified at the time of purchase.
  • Wrong Artwork Delivered: If the incorrect artwork is delivered to you.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an unpacking video and the invoice to sanskrutiartz@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number in the email for efficient processing.
  3. Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure timely resolution.

Return and Refund Process

Upon receiving your return request, you may choose either of the following options:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect artwork, which will be expedited.
  • A refund which will be processed within 7 days once we receive the returned product.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (except in the case of damaged goods).
