We honor returns or refunds in the following situations:

• If the artwork size differs from what was specified at the time of order
• If the artwork arrives damaged (please send the unpacking videos to sanskrutiartz@gmail.com)
• If the wrong artwork is delivered

For returns, kindly share an unpacking video of the shipment. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You may choose a replacement or a refund. Replacements will be expedited, and refunds processed within 7 days of the request.

Our artworks are painted on various materials like Ceramic, Wood, MDF and Metal, detailed in each product description. Choose your preferred base material for a personalized touch. We use high-quality Acrylic paints for all paintings.

As we are taking only pre-orders and each artwork is meticulously crafted, we cannot keep inventory ready.Since our paintings are 100% hand-painted, each piece requires considerable time for drawing, painting, varnishing, drying, and logistics. Factoring in the availability and prior commitments of our artisans, our minimum delivery time is three weeks. However, we strive to deliver your artwork before that.
